Feeding and caring for the Raptors requires
thousands of dollars each year.

Generous supporters at the Images of Nature Gallery in La Jolla have begun a series of silent auctions to benefit Sky Hunters Raptor Education. The first auction raised more than $500 which was used to purchase the lumber for the new Flight Cage, which you will read about in the next article.

Images of Nature Manager David Gautereaux has coordinated three of these successful fundraisers for Sky Hunters this year. Inspired by his passion to preserve and protect all wild life, he truly respects and values raptor education. The gallery sells artwork by famous wildlife photographer Thomas Mangelsen.

Nancy Conney brought a few raptors to the gallery during each auction so people could see the beautiful wild creatures who benefit from their generosity.
